Our Mission
The Grit City Gators, Annie Wright Schools’ athletics booster club, is dedicated to fostering excellence in athletic programs. Our mission is to enhance the student-athlete experience by providing volunteer, community, and supplemental support for athletics. We aim to promote school spirit, support student-athletes, highlight athletic events, and encourage community and alumni involvement. Through our efforts, we focus on enhancing experiences beyond the school’s athletics budget—such as out-of-season tournaments, summer camps, and larger capital expenditures—to help student-athletes thrive.
